about

Bulkhead's first single Leaves In Virginia was released in the summer of 1990 on Chapel Hill North Carolina's Moist Records. The song was recorded during the same session as Saw Ya and Two Different Languages. Produced by Carl Plaster and Lou Giordano, Leaves In Virginia remained a staple in Bulkhead setlist for the remainder of its existence.

lyrics

We've got plenty of room hear, got maps of all this disorder, seats by the window to view your own crash. I know it seems backwards, I've been hit down inside the weather, let's fly together as the film rolls by. No need worry it's just a picture of you and me. Get torn away like any paper. I don't want to argue, We've been through this situation before, it takes admitting we're really not sure. I know it seems backward and we're all strung out together, sent out through the window and down to the floor. No need worry it's just a picture of you and me. Get torn away like any paper, Leaves in Virginia.
